Easy Chicken Fajita Wraps
I make these often because they are so easy and filling and my teenage son loves them! 1 package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1 package fajita seasoning 1 can diced tomatoes with chiles Flour tortillas Place the first 3 ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for about 7-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours. During the last hour of cooking, remove the chicken & cut or shred into small pieces. Then, place the chicken back in the crock pot and stir. Serve wrapped in warm tortillas & top with your choice of cheese, sour cream, onion, salsa, etc. |
