Burritos Alinstante
One of my favorite places in Albuquerque, New Mexico to pick up a quick bite to eat is Burritos Alinstante, which means "burritos in an instant". Their burritos are made fresh daily from scratch. They have an extensive menu, but my favorite is the #3 with ground beef, potatoes, green chile and cheese. With an ice cold cola, oh, it so good! This family business started as a tortilla factory in Belen, which is about thirty miles south of Albuquerque. They now have four locations in Belen, Los Lunas, Bosque Farms and on the west side of Albuquerque. They were voted "Best Burrito in Valencia County" and in my opinion, they are the best burrito in Bernalillo County, as well! |
